PROCEDURE
Govt. of Pakistan has laid down certain rules & regulations under immigration Act 1979 for recruiting manpower on behalf of Foreign Employers. In order to act your manpower supplies we require the following documents:
- Power of Attorney "WAKALA"
- Demand Letter
- Authority Letter to Saudi Embassy/Consulate for Visa Stamping
- Visa Slip
- C.R. & Thabia Photocopy
NOTE: These documents will be required according to the employer country & Pakistan Govt. rules.
- WE UNDERTAKE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertise, Data Bank & contact various sources & select suitable candidates for employer.
Mobilize & keep ready several candidates for interview by Employer.
Negotiate salaries with workers & assist Employers representatives in the trade test regarding skill, knowledge & experience.
Explain the terms & conditions to the workers.
Determine complete medical fitness of workers through the Doctor appointed by employer’s country's Embassy.
Process visa endorsement through employer’s country's Embassy/Consulate and Immigrations and clearance from Ministry of Manpower Government of Pakistan.
Keep the employer informed of the recruitment progress at every stage.
Make ticketing reservations of finally selected workers according to schedule provided by the employer.
In GUARANTEE cases if we are authorized to select the manpower on behalf of employer, we fully undertake the responsibility of repatriation at our cost in case any one worker supplied by us is found UNSUITABLE within 90 days of probation period.
- IF THE OVERSEAS EMPLOYER NEEDS THE CVs – BIO-DATA’S
We can dispatch CV's meeting with the Overseas Employer's needs of skill ONLY IF, the employer sends "WAKALA", "POWER OF ATTORNEY", "DEMAND LETTER", duly attested from Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Saudi Arabia or as per policy of employer country.
Bio-data of Trade tested candidates, as per requirement of employer will be arranged. These will also be medically examined. Details of only serious candidates meeting with the requirements of the employer will be dispatched.
- EMPLOYER COULD TAKE A QUICK DECISION
The employer may after decision can either email / fax us to go ahead with a short notice and endorse the visas or else can come to Lahore (Pakistan) and interview the candidates himself.
- SENDING OF CVs/BIO-DATA PRIOR TO THE INTERVIEW
This is our 14th years in recruitment profession. Our experience has proved beyond doubt that CVs & Bio-data are always:
1. Distorted & misleading
2. They do not convey in the right perspective a candidate’s ability, talent, real skilled and knowledge.
3. Personality, Mentality, Smartness & Quality such as whether the candidate is Smart, Honest, Straightforward, and Productive can only be gauged in the personal (face to face) interview & interaction.
- AIRMAILING CVs – BIO-DATA IS FUTILE PROCESS: SELECTION DECISION
As the CVs do not present the candidate correctly, it is not right to make a selection decision on the basis of Vs or Bio-data. Hence we are not in favor of airmailing CVs which is really a procrastinating and time wasting process, serving no real purpose.
- VISIT TO PAKISTAN AND SELECT THE WORKERS/OR LEAVE THE SELECTION TO US
We would like to be frank and open with you. Our experience has proved that ether you may come to Pakistan and select the workers yourself by personality interviewing them OR you may leave the selection to us. However we always prefer that you do the selection yourself. Selection should not be on the basis of certificates and CV's.
- INFORM US AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Give us the complete picture you have in your mind such as qualifications age group, religion, experience, skill, knowledge, etc. you need.
We could mobilize and keep ready many candidates for you for personal interview. But you must inform us at least a week in advance the tentative date of interview and approximate period but also call out station candidates for trade test, interview, assessment & decision.
- POWER OF ATTORNEY, DEMAND LETTER & AUTHORITY LETTER TO CONSULATE
Send these legalized papers well in advance or bring Authority letter to Consulate for visa stamping with you and Power of Attorney/Demand letter before, if you fear or apprehend its misuse OR as per policy of the employer country rules.
- SALARY/AGENCY COMMISSION AND OTHER TERMS
We will try our best to supply good manpower at lowest possible salary. Our agency commission and other benefits are NEGOTIABLE with the employer or his authorized representative according to his acceptance.
- PROCESSING FOR NOMINATED/SELECTED WORKERS BY EMPLOYER
We can provide the Processing Services to Employer’s of his own selected/nominated workers at very reasonable charges which will be mutually agreed by both of us IN PRE-HAND..
